When detailing which Layout Type, please include either div layer, tables, frames, or special.

Extra graphics like banners, buttons, signatures, scripts, and skins will be priced accordingly. Please include interest in these extra items in your extra Comments.

All custom layouts are still property of Fallen Sweetheart Designs. They will not be resold, redistributed or given away for free, but each client is responsible for following the Terms of Service. If a client breaks the Terms of Service, Fallen Sweetheart Designs and it's consequent owners reserve the right to break all contracts with said clients, who will lose the ability to publish said layout. When clients pay for a layout, they are automatically agreeing to follow the Terms of Service and by breaking the Terms, they forfeit the layout without promise of a refund. This is non-negotiable.

Commercial websites are required to pay the original purchase price for every year they keep the layout online. This is to provide a service of upkeep, meaning the code will be revised and republishable based on browser upgrades and coding changes. All changes will be up to W3C standard.

Clients are responsible for their site content. Fallen Sweetheart Designs claims no responsibility over anything but the design. If the Terms of Use are broken, then all responsibility is void and null.
